management is very important and is vital to anyone who dreamed to achieve
financial freedom by having residual income. We have to balance between our
income or cash flowing in and also our expense or cash flowing out.

Based on some books that I read, I understand that many people only stress on generating good income and more money but unable to realize that there was one more aspect that is also very important, which is how to keep the money that they generate. Therefore, I also will list down and accumulate many ways to cut down your expense.
Why we should manage our
money ?
There are many reason we
should manage our money correctly, one of them is because we can only work to
generate money or income for certain period of time only, which for most
people up to 55 or 60 years old. If we didn’t manage the money carefully, we
might end up not having enough money to spend at the end of the day.
Money can help us to reduce
any ‘pain’ that come to us. Money also will help us to get better life and
for good people, they can use the money to help more people. Money can become
a powerful tool for all of us to create greater thing in life.
Making lots of money or having big income is not just enough. There were many have big income and generate lots of money each month, but if they didn’t manage the money properly, the balance left at the end of the month may only as small as the average person generating average income and having only few buck in the bank account. Some may be worst, generating lots of income but may end up with also huge debt at the end of the month.
Managing money correctly and wisely also will prevent some one from fall into big dept, for example credit card debt and other bad debt. If you are in debt, manage your money will become vital to help you life better life or dept free life.
For a family man (or women) managing money wisely will provide good and better future to your family. When the kid come along the way, they will have a better chance and better living condition.
